The Guidance Counselor for Grown Ups

Working with Individuals and Organizations to answer, "What's Next?" This work is done one-on-one and with groups such as boards and departments. I use Facilitation, Guiding, Advising, Writing and Speaking - and a great sense of humor - as my tools. With individuals it ranges from job searches, handling difficult situations at work, determining how to contribute more, be a better leader, and communicate better.
With groups it is frequently about clarifying purpose and direction, determining next steps and implementing the path.

The MeetGuide

My work as The MeetGuide focuses on the Meetings, Events and Hospitality industry. The goal is to improve the quality of the meeting experience by working with individuals and organizations who plan and implement meetings. The focus is on planning with the "optimum" experience and to always "Sit in the Attendee's Chair."
